With KineLive it is easy to get started, just apply the measurement units and experiment with which exercise activates a particular muscle the most.

But with KineLive you can do so much more. There are clinical experts that have accumulated best practises for specific problems. To get a quick start we can bring an expert to your site and conduct a hands-on course. There are e.g. courses in shoulder, knee and lower back.

Beside of courses Kiso also promotes pair training. Here equals meet to share experience and try out new things.
